シリコンバレー半導体勉強会（Silicon Valley Semiconductor Study Group）は、米国・日本・台湾の半導体エコシステムをつなぎ、サプライチェーンの強靡化、技術移転、そして産業人材の交流を推進するプロフェッショナルコミュニティです。CHIPS法の目標に沿い、政策対話、業界ネットワーキング、市場インテリジェンスを通じて、同盟国の半導体専門家をつなぎます。
The Silicon Valley Semiconductor Study Group (CHIP-J) is a professional community dedicated to bridging the U.S., Japan, and Taiwan semiconductor ecosystems. We support supply chain resilience, cross-border technology transfer, and professional exchange aligned with the goals of the CHIPS and Science Act. Through policy dialogue, industry networking, and market intelligence, CHIP-J connects semiconductor professionals across allied nations to strengthen the global competitiveness of the U.S. semiconductor industry.

半導体・産業オートメーション分野で14年以上の経験を持ち、シリコンバレーを拠点に半導体業界のプロフェッショナルが集うコミュニティを設立・運営。情報処理学会（IPSJ）研究報告の共著者として学術的にも貢献。英語・日本語・ドイツ語のトリリンガルとして、日米間の技術交流と知見共有を推進。With over 14 years of experience in the semiconductor and industrial automation sectors, Takuya founded and leads a professional community connecting semiconductor professionals across Silicon Valley. A co-author of an IPSJ (Information Processing Society of Japan) SIG Technical Report on IoT and embedded systems, he bridges academic research and industry practice. Trilingual in English, Japanese, and German, he is dedicated to advancing U.S.-Japan semiconductor collaboration and knowledge sharing across Silicon Valley.在半導體與工業自動化領域擁有超過14年經驗，於矽谷創辦並運營連結半導體專業人士的社群平台。曾共同撰寫日本情報處理學會（IPSJ）技術報告，在學術領域亦有貢獻。精通英語、日語及德語三種語言，致力推動美日之間的技術交流與知識共享，致力於推動矽谷的半導體合作與知識共享。

オーストラリア国立大学で労働経済学の博士号を取得。直近までJETROサンフランシスコのリサーチャーとして勤務し、AI・半導体・ロボティクス・クリーンエネルギー・日米技術政策に関する130件以上の業界ブリーフおよび4本の地域分析レポートを執筆。カーネギーメロン大学でのポストドクターフェロー、スタンフォード大学Daniel I. Okimoto教授の下での研究アシスタント経験も有する。英語・日本語のバイリンガルとして、経済研究と産業分析を架け橋し、シリコンバレーの半導体エコシステムと日本の政府・産業界・学術コミュニティをつないでいる。A PhD labor economist (Australian National University), Miki until recently worked as a Researcher at JETRO San Francisco, where she authored 130+ industry briefs and four long-form regional analytical reports on US AI, semiconductors, robotics, clean energy, and US–Japan technology policy. Her earlier research experience includes a postdoctoral fellowship at Carnegie Mellon University and a research assistant under Professor Daniel I. Okimoto at Stanford University. Bilingual in English and Japanese, she bridges economic research and applied industry analysis to connect Silicon Valley’s semiconductor ecosystem with Japanese government, industry, and academic communities.澳洲國立大學勞動經濟學博士。最近擔任 JETRO 舊金山的研究員，撰寫了130多篇產業簡報及四篇關於美國 AI、半導體、機器人、清潔能源和美日技術政策的長篇區域分析報告。曾在卡內基梅隆大學擔任博士後研究員，並在史丹佛大學 Daniel I.
